This document constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and cuci21 governing access to and use of the cuci21 platform, including all gaming, wagering, and financial services offered to Malaysian players.

By accessing the Platform, creating a cuci21 Account, or placing any wager or bet through the Services, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Access to and use of the cuci21 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:
cuci21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held therein dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
Each Player may hold only one cuci21 Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You undertake that all information provided during cuci21 Account registration is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your Account details in the event of any change. cuci21 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the Player.
cuci21 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality pending document review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. cuci21 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify cuci21 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
cuci21 accepts the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except where USDT is specified.
All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the cuci21 deposit page. Deposits are credited to your cuci21 wallet upon confirmation of receipt. cuci21 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which cuci21 accepts no liability.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposit. cuci21 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and anti-money laundering screening. Standard processing time is within 15 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours. cuci21 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
The Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit. All balances, bets, winnings, and promotional values are denominated in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes offered by cuci21 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion.
All sports bets placed through cuci21 are subject to the applicable sporting event rules and the cuci21 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body shall be binding. cuci21 reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors, technical faults, or irregular betting patterns are detected.
All casino and slot games are provided by third-party certified game providers. Results are generated by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. In the event of a game malfunction, the relevant round will be voided and stakes returned. cuci21 assumes no liability for disconnections occurring during live casino sessions due to factors outside cuci21's control.
Bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market and are subject to change. cuci21 reserves the right to impose individual player bet limits at its discretion, including for VIP players operating under separately agreed limits.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
All content on the cuci21 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface elements, and audio-visual materials — is the property of cuci21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of cuci21.
cuci21 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a cuci21 Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
cuci21 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and access-controlled data storage — to protect Player data. cuci21 does not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Services (e.g., payment processing partners).
cuci21 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:
Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to utilise self-exclusion immediately and to seek support. cuci21 treats self-exclusion requests as irrevocable during the chosen period — no override or early reinstatement will be granted.

cuci21's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cuci21 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of Services. cuci21 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
cuci21 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of cuci21's licensing authority.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and cuci21, the Player must first submit a written complaint to cuci21 customer support at [email protected]. cuci21 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. If the matter cannot be resolved through internal dispute resolution, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before proceeding to litigation.
